Older Siblings is a basement rock (grungy, garage rock) sibling duo based out of London, Ontario. The band consists of Kait Roses on drums, vocals, and keys, and Rye Bread on guitar and vocals. They have been described as having a "raw sound" by local fans and as "not for me" by their mother. The youngest sibling, Cassidy, lives on the west coast and is said to closely resemble the Mona Lisa, which is why Older Siblings have the cloth Mona Lisa hanging over their bass drum. They have played at the Richmond Tavern (opening for the excellent punk band Mvll Crimes), Old East 765, and The Holy Diver here in London, as well as a few outdoor shows as part of the London Arts Council. They have also played the Phog Lounge in Windsor and played Dundas Place through TAP2. Their first EP, "Unfinished Basement," is out April 15th on Bandcamp! Welcome to the family.
