K-VIII (K-8) is a dynamic, rising talent in the electronic music scene, known for weaving unforgettable mixes of House, Techno, Breaks, Bass, and popular grooves. As a DJ, producer, and founder of Play Productions—an event company dedicated to supporting local artists and elevating female and underrepresented voices—K-VIII leaves a lasting impact with each set.

Influenced by festival legends, her performances captivate audiences with standout sets at Ephemera in Tulum and Amsterdam’s underground dance scene. She’s played across Canada, the US, Mexico, and the Netherlands, including locally at London Music Hall, Rum Runners, Lost Love, Fanshawe College, Mansion Hamilton and Wiggle Room Toronto. K-VIII has also supported prominent acts such as Diplo, Sidepiece, Frank Walker, Pretty Pink, Jackie Hollander and RetroVision, delivering inclusive, transformative musical experiences.

In addition to her work behind the decks, K-VIII also lends her expertise as Social Media Manager for Change the Beat, a non-profit founded by Sydney Blu focused on diversity and equity in electronic music.
