70s’ inspired dream pop! Piano-led pop-rock song-writing foundations mixed with lo-fi indie vocal stylings – Tean Dream’s sound is somewhere between Carole King and Clairo. With jazz-inspired chording, a persistent groove, and lyrical themes of freedom and connection, the music is as serious as it is whimsical, as quirky as it is classic. With support from the London Arts Council and LOVETOWN Records, Tean Dream’s debut EP was released in May 2025, earning CBC and international radio play, multiple top-10 spots on Canadian campus radio charts, and an artist spotlight showcase at Folk Canada Conference 2025. In October, Tean Dream was awarded London, Ontario’s 2025 UNESCO City of Music Exchange Award for her song and music video “Radio.” She will be heading to Croatia in 2026 to participate in the cultural music exchange supported by the London Music Office. Tean Dream continues to write and perform, and is excited to release her follow up on LOVETOWN Records in Fall 2026.
