One Minute Winter is a fictional 12-piece melodic metalcore band with real music and also a music project founded by WintermintP. As of January 2018, WintermintP is a second-year Music Industry Arts student who has just finished preparing One Minute Winter's 19-track double album, which is his most ambitious release so far. One Minute Winter is known for drawing influences from a variety of styles including other metal subgenres as well as electronic rock and EDM subgenres. What sets One Minute Winter apart is WintermintP's use of melodic guitar riffs played in very unconventional tunings as well as a radical songwriting mentality. WintermintP would often go out of his way to challenge himself to write songs in unconventional ways and keep his audience guessing as to what kind of a new track they should expect from him.
