Guidance for Restaurant Re-Opening

Earlier this week the Ontario Government announced Stage 2 of the provinces re-opening. This included the re-opening of restaurants with patios. The London-Middlesex Health Unit realeased a COVID19 Guidance For Restaurants Re-Opening document which can be downloaded here.
The document outlines best practices for safely re-opening your business and serving customers. Recorded music is permitted on commerical patios with a proper license. Learn how to obtain a Sound Permit for Patios here or fill this application form out and e-mail to licensing@london.ca.
The City of London has introduced a streamlined approach to process new patio applications or a patio expansion on a previous permit . The following must be included
- Copy of your Business Licence
- A sketch of the proposed new patio or extension
- A photo of the location
- Proof of Insurance
