The Honeys CA began in 2016 and feature Kate Ashby-Craft on piano and vocals and Caroline Burchill on acoustic guitar and vocals. They perform Country/Folk music everything from traditional to contemporary with a focus on their own original compositions. Kate and Caroline will take you on a musical journey through songs to make you laugh, songs to make you cry but mostly songs to inspire and uplift. For the past two years The Honeys CA have been performing around southern Ontario at music festivals and small concert venues. In the Spring of 2018 Kate and Caroline released their first duo CD called “The Honeys CA” and are happy to say that one of the songs on that CD “Beautiful Moon” is receiving radio airplay on 40 USA Country/Americana stations. They have been compared to “ The Indigo Girls” and “ Kate and Anna McGarrigle “. Kate is also known for her songwriting and has had music award nominations and presently has song placements in half a dozen American TV Shows.
