Fast Eyes is a synth-rock, solo performer, hailing from London, Ontario, Canada. Matt Varey, (writer/producer/artist) performs vocals and drums live while the remainder of the compositions - bass, keys, guitars and samples, are backtracked and triggered. Blending nostalgic 80s vibes, modern energy and drawing inspiration from The Cars, Weezer and Led Zeppelin with the alt-rock grit of the 90s, a sound is delivered that’s both retro and fresh. The result captures the essence of past influences while carving out a unique niche, blending humanity and technology into musical artistry.
