Franco Arriaza is a singer/songwriter who makes indie and alternative rock music under the stage name “francotirador”. Franco Arriaza was first exposed to music when his mother and uncle taught him guitar at the age of 7. Since the age of 16, he has been a session musician for a variety of artists in the city of London, such as Raquel Sanchez and Freddy Almarza, and has been involved in various festivals like Simple Reflections for Artists, Latin Street Party, RibFest and various others as a musician or live sound engineer. Franco Arriaza studied Audio Engineering and Music Production at the Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology and has been a freelance audio engineer around London and the surrounding area for the past 5 years. Franco plays 7 instruments and writes his original music under the name “francotirador” and has an electronic music producing project named “TURBO+DANCER" that blends House-style Electro with alternative EDM.
