POETRONIKA is the artistic endeavor of Juan G. Cardona G. to integrate Poetry and Alternative Electronic Music. Poetronika is a solo project. However, I have had some collaborations with the singer Maria Paula Rose. I have evolved from using all virtual instruments in my fist two albums to use only analog instruments in my third album. The vocals are performed in English, Spanish and French. Some of the vocals are spoken word and other are singing. I have musicalized the poetry of Charles Baudelaire (French), Alejandra Pizarnik (Argentinian) and Gonzalo Arango (Colombian). Soon I will start working on Emily Dickenson's poetry project. I started the POETRONIKA in 2018 with the creation of the album “Gonzaloarangonzalo” (Released in 2020), then in 2019 with “Baudelaire's Flowers”. Currently, awaiting for the release of my 3rd album “Pizarnik” on Spotify for May 23. (Bandcamp will be released on May 1st.)
