This nine piece jazz band features the original compositions and arrangements of its pianist, Josh Hung, as well pieces written by other members and friends of the band. The band consists of alto sax, tenor sax, baritone sax, two trumpets, one trombone, piano, bass and drums. Inspired by the sounds of Miles Davis and the Birth of the Cool, Rob McConnell's Tentet, and John MacLeod's Rex Hotel Orchestra, the band features some of the best jazz players in town playing some of the most interesting and lively music for a mini big band! The band hosts an annual Christmas jazz show at Toboggan Brewing Company that is always sold out, as well as performances at the London Brewing Company, Dundas Square, and the Richmond Tavern, among other places.
