Five Oceans first wows an audience with the powerful vocals of lead singer Warren Hargraves. Hargraves’ voice features vintage-meets-modern charm. When first paired with the dynamic work of guitarist Josh Try in summer 2014, the high school friends knew they had captured something special. Try went to work finding a rhythm section capable of taking the pair to new heights, eventually recruiting two of the finest musicians he knew: bassist Pat Dal Cin and drummer Mark Swan. After releasing their début EP “From What You’ve Heard” in 2015, Five Oceans continued to refine their live performance, capturing their energy and playfulness in a single: 2016’s “I’m Gone”. In the fall/winter of 2016, the boys hunkered down with producer Alastair Sims to create “BROCEANS”, a memorable 3-song EP that showcases a tremendous amount of growth from the band. Their third EP "Oh Boy" will be released in February 2018 which continues the groups exploration across genres.
